Welcome from the Principal of CATS College London

Mario Di Clemente has over twenty five years of experience in the UK education system, including as Vice Principal and Principal of independent and international colleges and culminating in his appointment as Principal of CATS College London in May 2014.

Educated first at grammar school in Yorkshire, he subsequently graduated in Modern Languages at Birmingham University before qualifying as a teacher at Leeds University. His global educational and marketing experience has taken him to around fifteen countries in both Asia and Europe and he currently serves on the Board of the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA). He also served as Chairman of the Council for Independent Education (CIFE) from 2012 to 2014.

He has authored several books, including "An A to Z of Exam Survival", "Getting into Veterinary School" and "Living with Leo" and takes a keen interest in travel, music, sport, politics and trying to learn new languages. He is committed to internationalism in education and believes that the UK, and London in particular, offers international students an exceptional range of educational, cultural and personal opportunities.
